The hotel is very centrally located, perfect for both business and personal exploration, right downtown within walking distance of everything. The rooms, although not super big, are very comfortable, clean, and come with a nice washroom featuring a bench and ample counter space. I especially loved the Bella Pella amenities provided. The dining experience was a bit confusing to access, turning out to be strictly continental, and it was an additional cost on top of the room rate. The location was very central, close to Parliament Hill, the canal, and the winterlude venue for ice sculptures. Service was excellent, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, a welcome drink, and even pet amenities.
